I had found this movie rattling around a popular p2p site about two years ago. I've wanted to upload clips from this for a long time, but to be honest, I've been too paranoid too. As you can see, these clips are quite profound and are not to be taken lightly.

However, with looking around YouTube recently I've noticed quite a few other anarchist 'vloggers' popping up and thought that the place just might be mature enough to handle them. So here goes, I hope everyone likes these clips.

What I've found out about this movie is fascinating. For example, though the animation looks like it could easily be Disney, as this looks like many of there other movies at the time, like Snow White, it was actually made by an English studio. Not only that, but they got funding from the CIA to make this. Intending the movie to be used as anti-communist propaganda, an extra scene was even added on at the end to demonstrate the need for direct action, as the US was much hoping that the "oppressed Russian peoples" would raise up and smite the Soviet machinery for them. Well, that's just what I hear anyway...

I'd really like to know your reactions to this. Anyone, post anonimously if you must, I don't really care, just give me your thoughts, especially if this is your first exposure to Animal Farm or Orwell. I'd be more than happy to write more if I know people are listening.

Apartment gardening

So here we go, a short look at what I'm trying to grow outside:

As you can see, we just have a few sprouts going. Not much yet, but it's fairly early spring so there's not much to see. Just thought I'd show a little of the practical everyday work that I've been doing. I know it's not groundbreaking or earth shattering, but I'm trying to live as self sufficient as possible. I know my setup is very improvised but I figure that is the cleanest and best way to go.

I'd be happy to entertain feedback if anyone thinks they know better. Like I said, I really don't know what I'm doing. I just read a few blogs and went at it.
